Lancaster Manor is an awesome building, in a great location.  It is within walking distance to many different restaurants, shops, hang-outs and all of the bus lines.  We are located down the street from the Botanic Gardens and Congress Park.  We are 5 minutes from Downtown and Cherry Creek.  We offer 1 and 2 bedrooms.  Some of the units come with balconies and/or working wood burning fireplaces.  The units also have a/c wall units.  We pay all utilities, except for electricity in the apartment.
